Kothu Parotta (minced parotta) is a delicacy popular in the South Indian state of Tamil Nadu. The ingredients are thrown on a hot cast-iron griddle lubricated with oil. These are minced and mixed by repeated pounding using a heavy iron spatul and it is served with veg, chicken or mutton salna. Try it out as veg kothu parotta, egg kothu parotta, chicken kothu parotta or mutton kothu parotta.
